Feel frustration about your money? Check internal factors aren’t contributing to this! Heres the quick checklist to use:
Life throws a lot of challenges our way. These can be external; housing prices, dormant salaries, high tax, rising interest rates, debt.
But we also have internal factors to consider; our belief systems, habits, actions around money.
We often look externally, and struggle with those areas.
But if our internal isn’t tidy then the external stress can seem even harder to deal with.
Let’s give ourselves the benefit of a quick internal check, to see if it’s tidy or in need of a little attention.
